Sennior Program Manager
Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor?
Our team of experts in the UK, US and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.
Every Sharegainer has their own backstory, but we all share an ambition to do things differently – bigger, better, and greater. Together we’re on a mission to democratize capital markets by building a more liquid world. The more we share, the more we all gain.
We’re looking for someone who is, at their core, a Chief of Getting Things Done. This is not a status-update role — this is someone who genuinely owns delivery: who loses sleep over potential risks, open items, follows up before being asked, and sees the gaps before anyone else does and acts on it.
You will sit at the intersection of R&D, Product, and the Business — translating strategy into execution, and execution back into progress reports that the business can act on. You’re the connective tissue between teams who think in sprints and stakeholders who think in quarters.
The ideal person for this role is assertive but warm, meticulous but pragmatic, and a proud (pleasant) control freak. You hold people accountable not by enforcing process, but by making accountability feel natural.
Responsibilities
Drive programs and frameworks from scoping through launch — building plans, tracking progress, and removing blockers and keeping it all transparent.
Maintain full ownership of program status: who owns what, what’s at risk, and what’s about to fall through the cracks.
Problem-solving and ownership: Proactively identify operational gaps, production issues, and cross-functional challenges that may not have a clear owner. Be resourceful and creative in driving solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring critical issues are resolved, even when they fall outside of planned initiatives or defined responsibilities.
Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product management, and commercial stakeholders — translating technical progress into business language and business priorities into actionable engineering work.
Run cross-functional ceremonies — syncs, reviews, planning — and make them worth everyone’s time
Proactively identify risks before they become issues, and come to stakeholders with a mitigation plan, not just a problem.
Ensure every stakeholder — from IC to C-suite — has the right context at the right time through crisp, action-oriented status updates.
Hold post-mortems on misses; ensure learnings translate into process improvements and a culture of accountability without blame.
Apply agile, scrum, or waterfall frameworks pragmatically; spot process gaps and continuously improve how teams deliver.
Required skills
5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech or product-led company.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional dependencies.
Solid understanding of software development and QA processes — enough to speak credibly with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adjust for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.
Track record of holding teams accountable without creating friction.
Experience in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated financial services environment — nice to have.
Familiarity with securities lending, prime brokerage, or related products — nice to have.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification — nice to have.
Experience contributing to or building a PMO function — nice to have.
