I started my career in financial services about 14 years ago and was lucky enough to hold a variety of leadership roles in buy-side finance and fintech, with the last role as the COO of Earnest Analytics. I like numbers and I like people and I've found myself having the most fun scaling businesses through optimization of processes, resources and talent.

I joined Sharegain in the summer of 2023 to grow the US business. So far, it's been an extremely rewarding if daunting experience -- what good thing in life isn't?

Outside of work, I live in Brooklyn with my two kids (although I will always call Bosnia home), love sports, have a very non-curated Instagram cooking account and fondly remember when I had enough time to read books (Tolkien, specifically).
